Villa Cuprese

We try to plan a vacation in Le Marche every year. This year we booked at Villa Cuprese. What an amazing place! As mentioned below, we have never inhabited such a beautiful, complete, and atmospheric apartment. Everything was truly well thought out. Next year, we can leave a lot of our stay items at home because, of course, we have already booked again. Margherita and Theo should not go unmentioned. Very nice people who make you feel truly welcome.
In short, highly recommended.

On the first day, we were warmly welcomed by Margherita and Theo. After the introduction, they showed us around the spacious apartment and introduced us to all the amenities. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped, with every detail carefully thought out.

The garden had multiple seating areas, hammocks, and more, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views at any time of the day. We also found the hottub a pleasant suprise , it provided a perfect way to cool off and relax after a long day

Inside the apartment, there was a folder filled with tips for outings, restaurants, and more. Margherita also personally supplemented these tips, ensuring that our desires were fully met. Although Margherita and Theo living in a separate part of the house, we felt extremely welcome and at home, thanks to the private entrance and their friendly attitude. Their presence was an advantage, as they provided helpful assistance with reservations and other matters. They are truly kind-hearted individuals.

From the apartment, we were able to explore the Marche region thoroughly, embarking on many enjoyable trips along the winding roads. We highly recommend visiting the caves of Frasassi and Cacciano, known for it’s beautiful murals.
After our excursions, it felt like coming "home" to the peacefully located apartment.

Margherita and Theo, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the unforgettable stay in your modern and beautifully equipped apartment. Above all, thank you for your warm interest and care in making us feel as comfortable as possible.

What a fantastic place this is! If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the right place. The apartment is spacious, clean, beautiful and complete. You have your own entrance and your own seating area, but you actually have the entire garden for yourself. Margherita and Theo make you feel as if everything is yours, including all the nice loungers, the tub and the many viewpoints. They are very kind and occasionally we also received all kinds of tasty things from their own garden, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, blackberries.... There is also a folder in the house with all kinds of sights and tips for restaurants. Super nice small and authentic villages are in the area, with delicious coffee! You can swim nearby at Lake Cingoli (Go under the bridge to the left instead of the right and you have a lovely quiet area to sit/swim). We also brought the racing bikes with us, which is also very fun to do there. . If you are a little less advanced, you can also easily park the car at the supermarket and cycle from there to, for example, Jesi. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

What a wonderful time we had with you!
The apartment really lacked nothing!
Your perfect balance between privacy and hospitality made our stay complete.
But the garden is also worth mentioning: Lovely seating areas, beautiful views and don't forget the hot tub.
No question was too much for you, whether it concerned outings, good restaurants or a local bakery. You always took the time to inform us.
We will definitely come back or else we will meet in Norway :) .

Obwohl die 2-Zimmerwohnung schon toll beschrieben war, erfüllte die Realität vorort nochmal mehr, als wir jemals erwartet hatten: Man hat von der Villa Cuprese einen weiten Blick über die wunderschöne Landschaft der Marken und somit auch abends oft eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre im Sonnenuntergang. Die großzügige Terrasse liegt glücklicherweise immer im Schatten, so dass wir dort auch im August jederzeit sitzen und essen konnten. Im Garten gibt es viele kleine weitere Entspannungsorte. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur perfekt und hochwertig ausgestattet (Boxspring-Matratze....), sondern auch stilvoll, und mit liebevollen Details. Es wurde hier wirklich an ALLES gedacht: USB-Anschluss mit Leselampe neben dem Bett, Kühltasche mit Kühlaggregaten, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenstühle, Ersatzzahnbürsten - alles vorhanden. Margherita und Theo waren für uns auch die perfekten Gastgeber: jederzeit erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab oder Organisationshilfe brauchte (Margherita spricht perfekt italienisch), ansonsten aber sehr diskret und fast "unsichtbar" im Hintergrund, so dass man sich nie gestört fühlte. Wir haben aber gerne mit beiden einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Insgesamt fühlte es sich nach einem "Rundum-Sorglos-Paket" an. Cupramontana ist auch ein toller Ort für reizvolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung: zu den Grotte di Frasassi fährt man in 35 Min., in die nächst größere Stadt Jesi in 25 Min. (lohnt sich), und auch sehr viele kleinere schöne Ziele lassen sich in 15 - 30 Min. erreichen.

Me and my fiancée loved every second of our stay, the apartment was very nice, cool, tidy and had magnificent views. we really enjoyed the local restaurants, coastal areas and explore the Grotte di Frasassi
